“Strata Plan Update and Surveyors Strata Forum”

The ongoing BOSSI strata plan audit program still reveals that about 50% of strata plans lodged at LPI contain errors when compared to the site. This is a significant risk for the Surveyor who signs the plan and takes full responsibility for it. The Strata Plan Update by LPI staff will include a general update on what is currently happening (strata-wise) in LPI.

The Surveyors Strata Forum is basically a Q & A session on strata issues. It is based on questions that have been forwarded by surveyors for answers to be pre-prepared and presented at seminars as well as FAQ's through LPI's web site feedback facility and from questions raised through strata plan inquiries.

Also on the night will be the usual updates on the Institution, SMIC, BOSSI, Seniors Group and the Young Surveyors Group.
