Mark Deal, Manager Strata Plan Section in the Land and Property Information Section of Lands NSW. He has more than 20 years experience dealing with Strata plans and he is ideally positioned to understand the issues and concerns with being an owner of a strata lot and advise us on how best to avoid future problems for us, our clients and the eventual strata lot owners.

Mark will also give:

· Update on what is happening and proposed within his section at Land Titles Office.

· Provide examples of what can go wrong

· Update us on the Strata Plan Audit program

Graham Davies, formerly of Land Titles Office, Graham is now working at Medium Density Management with former Strata Commissioner Len Robinson. Graham will be sharing his 30 + years of knowledge and experience from Land Titles and private practice and some of the pitfalls that can arise in the preparation of stratas.

Also on the night will be the usual updates on the Institution, BOSSI, the Seniors Group and the Young Surveyors Group.

The Cumberland Group Executive has abolished the Group’s annual membership fee. The Group is run by volunteers for the benefit of ISNSW members, Non-ISNSW members should not receive the benefits of of ISNSW membership for the same cost as ISNSW members, therefore there are separate attendance costs for ISNSW members and non-ISNSW members at all Cumberland Group functions.
